• If you are uploading files to the FTP, the next page will prompt you to enter your username and password.
• If you do not have a username and password or have forgotten yours, please contact us at 770.455.4705, and we will be glad to assist. Otherwise, feel free to use the public folder (username: psp, password: public), but be warned, your files, though not viewable, can be — probably won't be, but can be — deleted by other users.
• We do recommend using an FTP client for uploads, as this gets files to us much more quickly. The same usernames and passwords apply; just plug ftp.promoscreen.com into the server field, and you're in business.

• CMYK
• 150 DPI
• 1/4" Bleed
• Layered files if possible
• Fonts included or outlined
• Any linked files attached
• Please keep files under 500MB
